I went to my second day of classes today. It was nice. I love learning Spanish all day. I go from 9-12 and 1-3 with an hour lunch break. I do 2 1 hour Salsa dance classes afterward.

There are three levels at the school (basic, intermediate, and advanced). I am in the intermediate class. I am in a group of three, but one guy leave at noon. Both the other students are German. The school is dirty with Germans. I have met people from the States, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Australisa, Trinidad, several Central and South American countries.

I found a copy of a getting to know Costa Rican costoms and manners and The Children of Men that the school has to borrow. I already started TCOM at lunch. It is an interesting, quick read. But I have always been a sucker for apocolyptic literature.

I spoke to Kirsten and my family today. So that was wonderful.

I went to a gym today that I signed up for yesterday. They have a discount for students so it was a little less than $30 for a month's membership. It is interesting becuase it is on the 4th floor of a very weird mall. Think of that MC. Escher print with the stairs. The have American equipment and play American music.

I am going to two different tours the next two Saturdays. They are mountain nature preserves. I will also see some towns and old churches.
